The Committee is grateful for nominations but please keep in mind the following conditions:
It must concern:
- an individual who has greatly contributed to the international human rights system
- who has been ‘forgotten’ by other awards (please check THF’s Digest: https://www.trueheroesfilms.org/thedigest)
- who has deceased on a date after 1/1/1900 (this is a purely posthumous award)
There is no fixed deadline.
Your submission must include:
- short biographical description (200 words)
- reasons why the person deserves the award (400 words)
- a copy-right free picture or the link to it
- links to other sources
- name address (tel numbers, email) of the nominator and any personal link to the candidate
- same for at least one person supporting the nomination
